How Does It Work?

  • Our workouts are conducted on our Catalyst Personal Training and Nutrition app.

  • Once you log in to the app, you’ll see your entire workout program in place for you and you can easily check off each exercise as you complete it.

  • Our app has everything you need. Every exercise comes with an instructional video as well as a step by step guide for how to perform the exercise safely and correctly for maximum benefit. Plus, we include information about weights, reps, and sets as well as pointers and tips that will be helpful throughout your remote training session so you can get the most out of your virtual workout.

  • Our goal is to help you stay on track and hold you accountable to the commitment you made to achieving your personal health, fitness, and nutrition goals.

Is Remote Training Right For Me?

Remote training isn’t right for everyone. But it’s an excellent alternative for those times when you’re on vacation for a long period of time or when you’re on the road traveling for business.

Remote training complements the work you do with our trainers in our gym. You’ll find our trainers deliver the same expertise, skill, and personal motivation in a virtual, remote session as they would in-person. Every minute of your remote training is used to maximize impact and results.

In-person training is our preferred delivery of fitness, training, and nutrition programs; however remote training may be a sound alternative for anyone who is recovering from an injury and may be uneasy about physically traveling to our location. And, it may be ideal for anyone who may be uncomfortable or unsure of small group, in-person training.
